All orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped USPS. Shipping time is two to ten business days. eChecks take 3-5 days to clear and items with this form of payment will be shipped when echeck has cleared. You will be contacted if there is a shipping delay. Please include your phone number with each order.

Returns and Repairs

All jewelry sold by Melba’s Jewelry Designs can be returned within 7 day of receipt. Return in original condition with copy of sales invoice for a full refund less shipping charge. Credit will be given to original method of payment. Send package insured for your protection.
Custom made pieces are not returnable.

If you have of a piece of Melba’s Unique Jewelry that needs to be repaired please contact me by phone or email. There may be a charge for some repairs.

Custom Orders

Contact Melba for special requests or custom orders.  Weddings require 60 days advance notice. Custom orders require 30 to 60 days advance notice.
